I found flow yoga about a month ago, and was excited of the variety of classes they offer. I am recovering from cancer related procedures and stumbled upon Yin style yoga and it is helping me so much. This studio is so peaceful and beautiful, and is home to some truly incredible teachers. JJ, Sania, and Jillian are some of my favorite instructors. Brianna, the studio manager is so warm and welcoming. The functional mobility class is like PT for healthy folks. I've never taken a class like it and it's doing me a world of good!

I highly recommend Flow Yoga because of the multiple locations, different styles of yoga & for their awesome/patient instructors. I’ve had a positive experience while relieving myself of pain from osteoarthritis through out my body. I took advantage of the $30 for 30 day trial membership.
