As a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher, I specialize in guiding restorative and slow flow practices that help students reconnect with their breath, body, and inner stillness. My yoga journey began in Monterrey, Mexico, my home city, where I first turned to the practice as a way to cultivate balance and self-awareness. Over time, it grew into a deep calling to hold space for others to do the same. In my classes, I focus on creating a calm, nurturing environment where students can slow down, release tension, and build a deeper mind-body connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a more grounded practice, I aim to offer an experience that feels both supportive and rejuvenating.

Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props).
