I love coming to Flow Yoga! Great teachers ( Tylee and Kelly) and the classes never disappoint. I have bad arthritis in my hips and these classes have helped me improve considerably.

I found flow yoga about a month ago, and was excited of the variety of classes they offer. I am recovering from cancer related procedures and stumbled upon Yin style yoga and it is helping me so much. This studio is amazing. I recently moved out of the area and had to cancel my membership, but I'm definitely missing this place already. Decent price, easy to sign on and easy to cancel, and incredible classes offered at great times. All of the teachers are amazing but Meg, Xenia, and Briana are truly brilliant. I learned so much while going to this studio and will miss it greatly!

I love this studio. I loved it when it was Yoga Yoga and I love it now as Yoga Flow. They have a great variety of classes and teachers which works well with my crazy schedule. The community is friendly and I always leave this space with a smile.

I am loving my new yoga home! Having practiced for many years in a number of different cities, Yoga Flow may be my all time favorite. It has a great vibe whether your class is in the sun room or the moon room. There is a wide variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs. But I think what I was most impressed with was just how clean it always is. The studios are always super clean and smell great as are the bathrooms. The teachers are also amazing with lots of knowledge to share! I love it!

Lovely studio with a range of classes and special events! They offer lots of heated and non-heated class options and also have meditative styles like kundalini and relaxation classes. There is a nice community feel and regulars so you can create a yoga community. Really affordable as well!
