Team - Adam H - Flow Yoga Austin

Adam H.

We all have different musculoskeletal structures, and Adam’s classes focus on ahimsa (the ethical principle of non-harming), encouraging mindfulness of how our bodies feel rather than how poses look. His classes are crafted to guide you through mindful movements that safely build strength and stability through careful alignment, helping you discover the expansive freedom found within. Practices are stimulating, energizing, and designed to foster a full-body and mind connection. You can expect an authentic, non-judgmental teaching style; his intention is to help you tap into your inner wisdom to create a more disciplined, healthy, fun, and spiritually connected life.
Adam is a RYT 500-hour certified instructor, teaching Vinyasa, Power Flow, Slow Flow, and Yin. He has also completed meditation teacher training and is a sound practitioner, leading sound immersions, retreats, and men's groups.

Hot Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic hot yoga experience where poses flow together with breath in a hot room (85-90 degrees). Vinyasa keeps you constantly moving through creative sequences that never feel repetitive. The combination of heat and continuous movement creates an energizing practice that quickly builds internal warmth, promotes detoxification through sweat, and helps muscles stretch more deeply.  The hot environment intensifies the experience, creating greater flexibility and a purifying sweat without the extreme temperatures of some other hot yoga styles.Read class details
