Deep Release Breathwork Class
Thu Apr 9 at 10:30am
This 75-minute somatic breathwork session is designed to help you release tension, process what’s been sitting beneath the surface, and reconnect with your body in a steady, supportive way. It’s simple, intentional, and accessible, no pressure to have any particular experience.
What to Expect
You’ll be guided through a structured breathing pattern that helps regulate the nervous system and create space for release, physically, emotionally, or mentally.
There will be moments of guidance, music, and quiet integration time. You may notice sensations in the body, emotions moving, or a sense of clarity. You may also simply rest. All of it is welcome.
Nothing is forced. You move at your own pace.
Your Experience, Your Pace
You’re always in control of your experience. You can soften your breath, pause, sit up, or step out at any time. This is a space to listen to your body—not push past it.
What to Bring
Water
A blanket or layers for comfort
Anything that helps you feel supported (pillow, mat, etc.)
Health Considerations
Please reach out or consult your doctor before attending if you have:
