Team - Jean D - Flow Yoga Austin

Jean D.

Hi, I’m Jean Devlin! I’ve been sharing yoga and embodiment practices for over 12 years, drawing from 800+ hours of trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness training. I previously co-founded Body Collective, a trauma-informed yoga studio located in Central Austin. My approach blends the wisdom of traditional yoga with somatic practices grounded in modern neuroscience.
In my classes, you’ll move, breathe, and slow down in ways that help calm your nervous system and build resilience in body and mind. My classes are structured yet supportive, and open to every body, at every stage of practice.

Flow Yoga South Congress in Austin TexasJean D.

Deep Chill combines gentle movement with deep relaxation to help you release tension and find calm. This class starts with slow, easy stretches to work out stiffness, then transitions to restful positions. By staying low to the ground and holding poses longer, you facilitate a gentle myofascial release, helping to ease tension in the body's connective tissues while quieting the nervous system. Slow and low to the ground make it easy for people at any level, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.   Read class details
