What do you say about a place that gives you more than you ever expected? Flow Yoga offers it all—strength through movement, grounding through breathwork and meditation, and a community of people who are all seeking the same things: rest, relaxation, realignment, and renewal. Flow Yoga truly delivers. The staff, volunteers, instructors, facilities, and class variety are exceptional. From Carolina’s Mobility class to Sarah’s Hot Vinyasa to Yin with Nina K, each session challenged me in new ways and strengthened both my mind and body far beyond what I anticipated. I’m genuinely grateful for every experience and every person who makes this space what it is. The best way I can express my appreciation is by encouraging you to experience Flow Yoga for yourself—today or sometime this week. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed. And if stepping into the studio doesn’t feel right just yet, come try the free Yoga in the Park on Saturdays at 10 a.m. at the Cedar Park Public Library. Take a chance on yourself, and take a chance on all that Flow Yoga has to offer. After all… what’s the best that can happen?

Flow Yoga studio ! Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. First time experienced Yin and Sound class with Miss. Angela and also Flow and Chill class with Miss Nicki. I felt such a strong connection immediately. They are awesome teachers and been teaching yoga many years. Plus, Miss Carolina is an excellent teacher and also a founder of Flow Yoga studio. Flow Yoga studio is an inviting space and a wonderful group of teachers who cater to all levels and interest levels of yoga. Schedule is so flexible and unlimited class per month. You can join as many as class you want. The classes are also long enough to really feel the benefits of stretching, relaxing, engaging and letting go. All teachers are professional care in teaching of yoga.

I love Flow Yoga! They have a great variety of classes and times. I am a senior and they have great classes for people my age and fitness level. I particularly like the flexibility and mobility classes as well as the slow flow classes. Come and visit, especially you seniors that need to stay or get fit. It is lots of fun and the teachers are great.

I joined Flow Yoga after retiring last year to focus on improving my flexibility and strength after years of seating at desk. I love what the classes have done for me and attend 3-4 times a week. Great instructors and facility, Thank you Carolina and co.

This studio is very inviting, offers a variety of classes and convenient times. The instructors are great and give alternate positions for folks like me who don't bend as well as I used to

I love Flow Yoga's studio space, the classes they offer, and the special events they put on. I am mainly interested in flexibility, strength, and stress management, and have found a variety of options in a calming environment with great instructors. I just expanded my membership to unlimited classes so I can go more!
