Sharabella F.

Sharabella Fini, has been devoted to offering diverse practices in Holistic
modalities with significant experience in healing, teaching, and guiding
numerous classes and workshops for over 20 years. Sharabella has been trained
extensively in QiGong, Medical QiGong, Energy and Chakra Alignment,
Somatic/Integrative Movements, and Meditation. Her belief in the power of Life
Force (Qi); and her genuine love of learning and spreading the value of such
incredible tool, led her to make the teaching of this practice a strong and solid
part of her life.
She believes life is about service, about sharing our knowledge, and that teaching
encompasses many of our most important values. Drawing from her experience
as a Visual Artist, Photographer, and Holistic Alternative Psychology practitioner,
her teaching blends creativity, mindful presence, emotional awareness and
therapeutic insight. She infuses the wisdom of all that she has learned, adding
depth, rhythmic flow, and grace to her classes. Sharabella believes in the power
that this practice can have on one’s heart, mind, spirit and overall life, bringing
balance, vitality, and peace.
It is her true desire and yearning to spread the importance of including such
practice in one’s life and on the journey to wholeness and well-being.
