Sarah S.

Sarah first stepped on the mat in 2014 seeking relief from chronic lower back pain. What began as a physical practice soon became a source of spiritual, emotional, and mental transformation. She is a trauma-informed 200 hr. RYT and primarily teaches Vinyasa, Slow Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Hatha, and Yin.

In addition to teaching yoga, Sarah is a total yoga nerd and loves studying yoga academically. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University, focusing on yoga philosophy and Sanskrit.

Sarah brings curiosity, warmth, and a touch of playfulness to every class she teaches. She weaves mindful movement and yogic wisdom into her classes, inviting each student to explore, observe, and find joy in the practice. Her classes create space to both challenge the body and nurture the spirit.

Outside of yoga, Sarah loves hiking, camping, and exploring various state parks throughout Texas

Designed for deep release & restful renewal.Sink into stillness and surrender in this deeply restorative class that blends the grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra. The first portion (~45 mins) of class focuses on Yin Yoga — slow, floor-based postures held for several minutes to gently stretch the body’s connective tissues, release tension, and quiet the mind. Supported by props and mindful breath, this meditative practice invites you to soften, slow down, and create space within. The practice then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often described as “yogic sleep.” As you rest comfortably in savasana, you’ll be led through a journey of body awareness and visualization designed to promote deep healing, stress relief, and inner calm. This class is suitable for all levels and is especially nourishing for those seeking balance, recovery, or a moment of stillness amid a busy life.Benefits:Increases flexibility and joint mobilityCalms the nervous system and reduces stressSupports deep rest and improved sleepEnhances mindfulness, clarity, and emotional balance Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat.
