Ashley’s passion as a teacher is to help others feel more connected to their inner wisdom and support the alignment of mind, body, and soul. Through a combination of movement, meditation, breathwork, and mantra, her classes are designed to relax the nervous system and open the mind, cultivating greater insight, clarity, and self love.

Kundalini Yoga has become an integral part of Ashley’s daily practice. This powerful modality opened the doorway to a deeper sense of self love and a strong spiritual foundation, allowing her to live a more peaceful and abundant life. She is deeply grateful for these teachings and is eager to share them with others.

In addition to teaching yoga, Ashley is a licensed massage therapist. This foundation in bodywork shapes her grounded, attentive approach to guiding students.
