Join Joanie for a dynamic class that blends the empowering movement of Nia with the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.

We’ll begin with breath and movement, and then flow into a playful, heart-pumping Nia class to awaken body, emotions, mind, and spirit! We'll wrap up with a nourishing 30-minute Yoga Nidra (guided rest meditation) to leave you feeling abundantly light, steady, and renewed.

Shaking is medicine. It supports your physical, emotional, energetic, and mental well-being—helping release stress, regulate your nervous system, and clear old patterns so you can return to a happier, more balanced YOU.

What is Nia? Nia is a barefoot movement practice that blends martial arts, dance, and healing arts into one joyful, expressive class.

Sensation-based cueing so you can move in ways that feel good for your body
A full-body reset that supports your nervous system and uplifts your mood
