Playful Power (hot) At Flow Yoga Westgate
This workshop-style hot class will guide you through playful ways of exploring advanced poses to provide a physical challenge. Not only will you receive specific instruction, but you will build community with other students in the class. Recommended for students who have already began working on inversions, arm balances, and binds, and who know how to modify for their body.
